The new Infinix Hot 5 is meant to be a sequel to the Hot 4 released last year but the details of the device make me think it was released last year.

The ‘new’ Hot is a dual SIM (as usual) device which runs on the Nougat flavor of Android (version 7.0) but with Infinix’s proprietary custom user interface — XOS.
In terms of build, the Infinx Hot 5 ships as a sturdily built plastic device with a 3d-textured back which can be gotten in an array of colors. The display, identical to last year’s hot, is a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels and a resulting pixel density of about 267 pixels per inch (267 PPI).
